4. Studio Bookings

- Booking confirmation is subject to payment completion

- Any damage to studio property, equipment, or infrastructure will be chargeable to the user
- BellStudios reserves the right to deny or cancel bookings in case of policy violations
5. Brand Membership & Refundable Deposit
- Brand Membership requires a refundable deposit of ₹10,000
- The deposit is collected to onboard brands, manage community communication, and share official updates
- The refund will be initiated only when an exiting brand member is replaced by a newly onboarded brand member, ensuring continuity of the community
- Refund eligibility is subject to compliance with all BellStudios policies and absence of outstanding dues or violations
- Refund processing timelines will be communicated upon approval
6. Payments
- All payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay)
- BellStudios does not store sensitive payment information
- Applicable taxes (GST or others) will be charged as per Indian regulations
- Failed or duplicate transactions will be handled as per the payment gateway's policies
7. Cancellations & Refunds (Studio Bookings)
- Cancellation and refund policies for studio bookings will be communicated at the time of booking
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for refunds
- BellStudios reserves the right to deduct applicable charges where necessary
8. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Engage in illegal, offensive, or unethical activities
- Misuse studio spaces or equipment
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Disrupt the BellStudios community or operations
BellStudios may suspend or terminate access for violations without prior notice.
